Right of withdrawal

If you wish to cancel the purchase, please note that you have up to 14 days after receipt of the item(s) to withdraw. Withdrawal means that you can return the item(s) without giving a reason. This must be done within 14 days after receipt of the item(s). You have 14 days to return the order; we will then refund you within 14 days.
If you wish to exercise this right, please let us know in a timely manner and within the stipulated 14 days; after 14 days, the right of withdrawal expires.
Please note that you may not test the item(s) before returning them; if you do so anyway and break the safety label, the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement lapses.

The right of withdrawal is intended to verify that you have received the correct part you ordered, and not to discover a defect in a TV. Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we cannot process your request without a fully completed withdrawal form.
