Samsung

Samsung part numbers
Samsung uses multiple different motherboards, power supplies, and T-cons in sets with the same model number; therefore, do not search by the model number, but always by the BN44-XXXXxxx, BN94-XXXXxxx, BN95-XXXXxxx, BN96-XXXXxxx (etc.) which you will find on the labels! Do not search by the numbers printed on the PCBs, as those are numbers for blank PCBs without parts and/or software. If you cannot find the number, you can email or call us.

T-con / Time Controller

Explanation of AUO T-con numbers.
If you need an AUO T-con, look for the number on the white label; there is a 12-digit code.
Any other number, for example T500HVN08.0, does not represent the correct order number.
Samsung converts these numbers to a BN96-xxxxxX number.
MAINBOARD INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: IN SOME COUNTRIES, THE COUNTRY CODE MUST BE CHANGED TO WATCH DIGITAL CHANNELS. YOU CAN DO THIS BY CHANGING THE "LOCAL SET" SETTING OPTION IN THE SERVICE MENU. THIS CAN BE DONE USING THE SERVICE REMOTE CONTROL.

Replacing an OLED T-con.
You cannot simply transfer a T-con from an OLED TV to another device with the same model number and display panel. The T-con contains an IC with the necessary data to prevent Mura Clouding; the software located in the old, defective T-con must be transferred. This can be done by transferring the IC, for which you need special equipment.
